General FAQ
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final, however if the item is damaged upon reception please contact summitsoldesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package so we can work together to quickly resolve the issue.
Do you do you customs?
I am currently not accepting custom work.
How fast will my package arrive?
I will do my best to ship your order within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. All domestic packages are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. You will receive a tracking number upon shipping.
Opal & Sterling Silver Jewelry FAQ
What type of opals do you use?
I only use solid Australian opals sourced directly from the miners and stone cutters. I will never use doublets or triplets in my work, so you can expect solid Australian opals in every piece.
What metals do you work with?
All of my pieces are made from solid sterling silver (.925). The bezels are made from fine silver (.999). I will occasionally use brass as an accent ball or star for a mixed metal look. All metals used will be listed in the description of each piece.
Where do you source your stones?
I source all of my stones directly from the stone cutters and miners. Many are family owned businesses located in Australia. I also source stones yearly from the Denver Gem Show, directly from the cutters.
How do I care for my silver/opal jewelry?
Jewelry should be neatly stored away when not wearing. To clean your jewelry, us a soft polishing cloth to shine/remove any tarnish.
Bracelet FAQ
How should I care for my bracelet?
Your bracelet is a handmade item made with lots of love and should be treated as such. Please do not get your bracelet wet (showering, swimming, soaking with it on) as it will significantly decrease the integrity of your bracelet. Please remember to take care of your bracelet and treat it gently to get the most wear out of it. All bracelets are sent with care instructions.
What size are the bracelets?
Bracelets are one size fits most and have two sizing options available on every bracelet. If you believe your wrist is smaller or larger than the average wrist size and are concerned it will not fit, please reach out and we can discuss custom options.
Does the leather stretch?
The leather will begin to stretch once it is broken in and the bracelet has been worn a handful of times.
My bracelet broke, what do I do?
If you find your bracelet has broke and you would like it repaired, please do not hesitate to reach out via email or Instagram direct message. Please include the circumstances and a photo of the bracelet and if there are any missing beads. Most bracelet repairs are free of charge aside from shipping costs.
Crochet FAQ
How do I wash my crochet item?
All crocheted items should be gently hand washed with detergent and hung to dry. Please do not machine wash or machine dry!
